We are always seeking new development opportunities within North London, the Northern Home Counties and the M3/M4 corridor.

We buy greenfield and brownfield sites with or without planning permission and we take on conversion or restoration projects. No one deal is ever the same therefore we will consider all types of deal structures including Joint Ventures or Option Agreements.

We are happy to pay introductory fees to those, not retained by a vendor, who introduce sites to us that are not in the open market and we will retain those firms who have appropriate office coverage to sell the new homes we build.
